When the new Chief website went live earlier this year we had a number of customers who contacted us and asked what happened to our Cross Reference Comparison tool that we had for Relays on our old site.
What happened was that we wanted a bigger and better Comparison tool on our new website and today we are happy to announce the launch of our new Cross Reference Comparison Tool for use of our company, customers, and future customers.
The old Cross Reference feature was limited to only Relays. Yet in the new Cross Reference we have added 'Horns and Alarms' comparison tool and also a Connectors comparison tool in addition to Relays.
We are also happy that the 'Relays' section of the Cross Reference Tool has been updated from our old site. The Relays Cross Reference now includes more brands and more part numbers than we had before.
This feature is the latest way that Chief Enterprises is offering value to our partners and customers and making it easier and more efficient to work with us and to improve our website.
You can find the Cross Reference Comparison Tool at the top of the page of ChiefEnterprises.com in a red box next to the search engine.
When you click on that you will be taken to a base search page and from that point the Cross Reference is very easy to use.
- Select your product line (Connectors, Horns and Alarms, Relays and Solenoids)
- You will have to wait a couple seconds before a box pops up for "Manufacturer"
- Click the pull down and choose your "Manufacturer"
- You will have to wait a couple seconds before a box pops up for "Part Number"
- Click the pull down and choose your "Part Number" (Please note that for some parts you will have to scroll down through the part numbers to find yours)
- After these steps you will be taken to a results screen with the Chief Part that matches your request.
