About the LetterLok 3000 Return Fastener
Designed to fasten the open ends of channel letter returns up to a combined thickness of 0.160" of aluminum.
The LetterLok 3000 Return Fastener is an air-over-oil powered clinching machine featuring a one-piece steal frame with a 3½” throat.
This machine eliminates drilling and pop riveting of open letter returns and center of channel letters.
This unique machine produces UL approved fasteners from two pieces of metal using the same dies as used in the LetterLok 4000 fastening machine. The average die life is up to 100,000 hits. The capacity of the machine is a combined thickness of 0.160” in aluminum.
The LetterLok 3000 is nearly maintenance free and is supplied with a #40 die and comes complete with a mounting bracket, pivot arm, and spring balancer for mounting to all Letter Lok 2000’s. Unpacking, clamping the mounting bracket, and attaching a 3/8” air line is all that is required for set up.
The LetterLok 3000 is a portable machine and can be used for fastening applications in any area where you have access to 3/8” air line and 80 pounds of pressure.
