Chief Enterprises is happy to announce Tim South as the latest addition to our team. Tim comes to Chief from NGK where he spent three years working within their Quality and Sales departments. This experience is supported with a background and degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
In this new role at Chief, Tim will be based in Michigan and work with the Bosch Farmington Hills office as a liaison whose objective is to offer support and help further the coordination of the Bosch-Chief relationship. Tim will be working in particular with connector parts in the Bosch Gasoline Systems Division (GS).
While Tim will not be working out of the Chief offices in Elmhurst, this is a familiar role for him. At his previous job he served a similar liaison role working directly with OEM’s that included Ford, GM, Polaris, and Bombardier.
"Tim's experience working directly with OE’s fits well with our goals to grow the Bosch GS business, and his experience and personality made him an ideal hire for Chief," said Mike Radosta, Chief Global Sales Manager.
Chief and Bosch have been partners since 1995 and is “The Authorized Distributor for Bosch GS in North America.”
